Tender description

Westminster City Council (‘WCC’) is currently redeveloping the site at Dudley House and when completed will include a high rise tower block containing approximately 197 units of housing, a free school (Marylebone Boys School) and a new church (‘the Project’). WCC intends to make the housing units available for intermediate rent for those who are registered with the Council and are looking for affordable high quality rented accommodation within the Borough. The units will be let on assured short hold tenancies for up to 3 years. The Council are currently seeking a property operator to manage the building. The operator will be required to manage all FM aspects (hard and soft) as well as the tenant selection process among other responsibilities. The Council are seeking a Building operator for Dudley House. It is proposed that this contract will be for a period of 7 years. The procurement exercise will be run using a restricted procedure and publication of the OJEU is expected in December 2017. The Council anticipate that the Contract will be awarded in the June 2018. The school is due to open in September 2018 with the Church and residential accommodation due to open early 2019.
