Tender description

The aim of this Procurement is to appoint a Service Provider to support Ofgem's role in assuring the procurement of a new IT solution (the Centralised Switching Service) led by the Data and Communications Company (DCC). The support shall provide robust, independent, and objective expertise in the procurement of large-scale IT systems which involve a novel solution and business process design. Ofgem requires either one or a team of two experienced and knowledgeable consultant(s) to provide the majority of the support, working as needed on a call-off basis to deliver the required Services. Support for this consultant/team and for Ofgem from the wider company may also be needed.
