The University of Exeter would like to hear from suppliers willing to share information about their approach to the provision of a Networks and Telecoms upgrade to: - Gauge the likely level of interest in the project from the market; - Better understand what solutions and services are available in the market; - Explore how the options could be supplied; - Consider the likely costs; and - Determine the most effective way of packaging and scoping its requirements for any future procurement opportunity. This PIN has been issued in order to advertise this opportunity to the open market and seek expressions of interest from suppliers that may wish to take part in a market engagement exercise and to present to the University's project team to help us understand the market place in more detail. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is not a call for competition, for the purposes of Regulation 26(9) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
