NCS Cost Benchmark Study

Tender description

A provider is required to undertake a benchmarking study to look at the costs of elements of delivery of the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme against the youth, volunteering and private sector comparisons. The provider will outline clearly and in detail, for each benchmarked cost component, which activities and impact outcomes are delivered by NCS versus the chosen benchmarks, and report on any differences that may explain cost differentials. The Provider is required to deliver a written, publishable report that sets out the cost of different elements of the NCS programme against these comparisons, explaining why these comparisons were selected, with reference to potential comparisons that were explored and the reasons why these were not selected.
