An information event is being held on Friday 17 November 2017 at 10.00am for interested tenderers, at the Textile Centre of Excellence, Red Doles Lane, Huddersfield HD2 1YF. Note there is car parking available, and registration and refreshments will be available from 9.30am. The purpose of the event is to provide information about the forthcoming tender opportunity for the provision of dementia residential care services and sale of: Claremont House, 36 Brighton Street, Heckmondwike WF16 9EU; and Castle Grange, Ings Lane, Newsome, Huddersfield HD4 6LT. To register your interest and attendance at the event please email ContractMonitoringUnit@Kirklees.gov.uk for the attention of Nathan Tse NO LATER than Wednesday 15 November 2017; stating your name, organisation, number of attendees and contact email and phone number.
