Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Communal Lighting system at Harding House & Sutcliffe House. Both blocks are located on Addison Way in Hayes (UB3) and comprise of 48 dwellings each spread across twelve floors. Hillingdon requires the Commulite lighting system or equal and equivalent product (to be approved by Hillingdon's representative) to be installed within this building. The new communal lighting system works will broadly comprise of the installation of 205 LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaries supplied from 4 Control Panels with 4 local test positions per block. It includes, but not limited to the design, supply, and installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete communal lighting system with integrated emergency lighting. It includes for the provision of O&M Manuals and training to the Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the block.
