HSSEQ and COSHH Software System

Tender description

To enable HS2 Ltd to comply its regulatory and internal obligations, a contract has been awarded to SHE Software Limited for the provision of a HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality) and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) software system. The prime purpose of the HSSEQ and COSHH software system will be to allow HS2 Ltd to record (both on static and mobile platforms) the following requirements: • Action tracking; • Audit and assurance; • Hazard profiling; • Incident reporting (including accidents, near misses, environmental, security and reputational); and • COSHH assessments through a Reporting tool (dashboard). The contract will comprise implementation, system software licensing and on-going administration and support services of the system. Note: The contract has been awarded following a further competition under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 9 framework and will be in place for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years (in 12 monthly increments).
