Tender description

The aim of the review is to provide the Council with a comprehensive assessment and coherent evaluation of the current extent and level of homelessness, both statutory and non-statutory, in Sefton, and its likely extent and level in the future. This review needs to be undertaken as part of the Local Authority’s statutory duty under the Homeless Act 2002, which requires the Council to carry out a homeless review and develop and publish a new Homeless Strategy every 5 years, including consultations with other statutory and voluntary organisations.
