Tender description
This Service is for the provision of support and structured activities for adults with a diagnosis of a learning disability aged 18 years plus who are eligible for services from Adult Social Care, City of York Council. The Service shall be delivered by the Provider at Burnholme Health and Wellbeing Campus in the Centre at Burnholme building (The Centre). The Service described will be described as the ‘Base’.
