Moat currently owns or manages around 20 000 properties across Essex, Kent, Sussex, London and the surrounding areas. Moat is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver ground maintenance services to all communal areas within our property portfolio Work to be covered includes but is not limited to: — Grass cutting; — Strimming; — Leaf clearance; — Mulching; — Maintenance of flower beds, plants and borders; — Weeding; — Car Park / Hard standing maintenance; — Tree register creation and maintenance.
