The proposed regions: North Wales: Isle of Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy and Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham, Mid Wales: South West Wales, Gwent Valleys, South Wales: Bridgend and Neath Port Talbot, Swansea, Powys, Monmouthshire and Newport, Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan. WPA Early Engagement / PIN to engage with companies that supply and install one or more Fire Break Passive Protection Solutions to existing residential or commercial buildings such as: — Communal Fire door sets, — Fire Rated Refuge Locations, — Intumescent Painting, — Fireproofing of the existing fabric of the building, — Fireproofing to existing mechanical and electrical installations, — Fire Rated Ceilings, — Fire Rated Curtain Walling Systems, — Fire Rated Partitioning/Ceilings, — Fire Stopping and Penetration Sealing, — External Fire escapes, — Fire Door Maintenance. Also, companies that supply and install: — Fire Alarm Monitoring Services, — Emergency Lighting Systems, — Lightning-Conductors. WPA Early Engagement/PIN to engage with companies that supply and install one or more firefighting system to existing residential or commercial buildings such as: — Dry Risers, — Fire Hydrants, — Residential and Domestic Sprinkler, Spray, Deluge or Mist Systems, — Commercial and Industrial Sprinkler, Spray, Deluge or Mist Systems, — Smoke and Fire Ventilation Systems. WPA Early Engagement/PIN to engage with companies that offer specialist Fire Safety Services to existing residential or commercial buildings, such as: — Specialist Fire Safety Consultancy Services and Fire Risk Assessment, — Service and Maintenance of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, — Maintenance and Servicing of Fire Fighting Equipment and Associated Services. WPA Early Engagement/PIN to engage with companies that offer specialist consultancy services relating to fire safety to existing residential or commercial buildings, such as: — Fire Engineer Surveys, — Fire safety strategy reviews and audits, — Compartmentation reviews and surveys, — Specialist Fire Consultancy, — Fire Risk Assessments. WPA Early Engagement / PIN to engage with companies that service and maintain Fire Detection and Alarm systems to existing residential or commercial buildings.
