Tender description

As part of the delivery of the ESF (European Social Fund) Ways to Work Employment Programme, LCC’s Employment and Skills Team is seeking to establish ESF compliant procurement routes to facilitate the purchase of interview / work clothes and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for participants registered on the programme in the Liverpool, Halton and Knowsley areas. The ESF programme includes a Participant Costs Budget which participants are able to draw upon to buy interview clothes, work clothes or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This budget is used to break down barriers which people face in leaving unemployment and starting work. Keywords: clothes, clothing, ppe
