Ecology Animation and Images

Tender description

HS2 Ltd has awarded a contract to assist in the production of two interrelated items - an ecology a Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI) animation and a set of images to support a public communications campaign. As part of the contract the awarded supplier will be required to: • Develop a script and storyboard for the animation, including illustrative stills of key scenes, as agreed at the initial kick-off meeting with the supplier; • Provide advice on the overall style and approach in order to maximise the effectiveness of the animation; • Produce a basic, draft animation, to support the feedback and approval process; and • Produce a final, fully produced animation, including music soundtrack, voiceover and captions. Following a sub-OJEU open competition advertised via the Contracts Finder website (see previous opportunity notice at: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/8596103a-7d05-46d0-9118-a0b19ac6357b?p=@RPT0=NjJNT08=UFQxUlR), this contract has been awarded to 5 Lamps Media Ltd.
