Tender description

We are looking for a Lead Consultant, or a team responsible to a Lead Consultant with a significant understanding of: o Masterplanning and project development o Heritage and the historic environment o Tourism and the leisure industry o Greenspaces maintenance and management o External funding opportunities and compilation of Stage 1 and Stage 2 bids. We would expect the team to include specialists in the following areas o Scheduled Monuments o Woodland Management o Tourism o Architecture/Conservation Architecture o Quantity Surveyor o Preparation of external funding bids o Any others deemed necessary to fulfil the tender brief. The successful Lead Consultant will work closely with the project team and key stakeholders to develop a masterplan for the Castle Hill Vision Phase 2 programme which will support applications for external funding.
