County Durham Housing Group is looking to complete an early market engagement process in relation to the following services that may be included within the drainage clearance works, including; Jet Clearance, Camera Work, Surveys, Dig Out and Earthworks. The services to be provided include all areas of drainage clearance to meet the needs of County Durham Housing Group, ensuring that all statutory requirements are adhered to. County Durham Housing Group holds responsibility for all of the Domestic Dwellings, Sheltered Housing Units, Flat Blocks and Community Hubs as outlined in the table above. The responsibilities vary in relation to the office accommodation due to varying requirements held within the lease of the same properties. Early Engagement Documents can be requested by emailing; procurement@cdhg.co.uk, completed documents should be returned by 1.12.2017.
