Respond! Housing Association — Design Team Framework for Panel B — Projects exceeding 5 000 000 EUR. Service Providers Architectural Services, Civil and Structural Consulting Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and PSDP. Respond! are seeking to create a framework of design team consultants to assist their in-house property team to develop designs, obtain statutory applications and deliver housing schemes under for both Traditional Projects and Developer lead projects. 5no frameworks will be formed, one each for the individual design disciplines as described in the 5 no lots being procured in this competition: (Lot No.1 Architectural Services, Lot No.2 Civil and Structural Consulting Engineers, Lot No.3 Mechancial and Electrical Consulting Engineers, Lot 4 Quantity Surveying Services) and Lot 5 PSDP. The projects that will be developed using this framework are varied in housing type and geographical location. The scale of the projects will exceed 5 000 000 EUR (incl VAT).
