Design and web development services for the Public Appointments Service

Tender description

PublicJobs.ie: • A UX review of PublicJobs.ie, including the development of personas and user stories to understand how our customers use the site and how we might improve the site to better serve our customers' needs. • Review of existing content on PublicJobs.ie alongside PAS staff and developing a new information architecture for the site. • Based on this review and pre-existing design concepts, the design of a new templates for PublicJobs.ie, suitable for implementation in the CMS. • The development of templates in the CMS based on the designs created. This will include shadowing by PAS IT staff who will support the CMS after the project has gone live. GradPublicJobs.ie and StateBoards.ie: • The development of templates in the CMS to mirror the current look-and-feel and layout of GradPublicJobs.ie and StateBoards.ie. • Migrating content from GradPublicJobs.ie and StateBoards.ie into the new CMS environment. General: • Working alongside PAS IT staff to help integrate the new sites with the existing backend application ("STAR") via JSON web services. • Provision of training to technical and non-technical PAS users.
