Tender description

The purpose of this PIN is to notify the supply-chain of a Supplier Day event planned for 16.11.2017 in relation to Sellafield Limited's forthcoming procurement for the supply of boxes for the storage of waste material. Sellafield Limited's procurement and contracting strategy is currently in development and may result in the award of one or more contracts to meet the required box numbers. The aim of the event is to: *provide early supply-chain engagement; *gain input to the high-level strategy; *allow supply-chain to start preparing themselves; *highlight potential critical supply-chain considerations; and *allow the supply-chain to ask questions. Sellafield Limited has a requirement for the supply of approximately 15 000 Magnox Swarf Storage Silo 3M cubed Boxes and approximately 1 500 of Legacy design Box.
