Older Persons Care and Nursing care contract 2018. Tender for The Provision of Accommodation and Care in Residential Homes with and without Nursing for Older Residents of Central Bedfordshire The Contract will align arrangements with Bedfordshire CCG and allow for the Council and the CCG to jointly develop new services and enhancements to existing services. The provisions of the Contract also clarify that where a Service User becomes entitled to CHC funding then the terms and conditions of the Bedfordshire CCG contract shall apply
