Tender description

Financial and Regulatory Auditing Services. The following audit services are covered by this requirement: — audit of the consolidated financial statements of both the Group and Kemble Water Finance Limited, currently prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (‘IFRS’); — audit of the subsidiary company financial statements, currently prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (‘IFRS’); — audit of subsidiary company financial statements, currently prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 101 ‘Reduced Disclosure Framework’ (FRS 101); — audit of subsidiary company financial statements, currently prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 ‘The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland’ (FRS 102); — audit of specified subsidiary financial statements, prepared in accordance with local reporting requirements; — audit of specified subsidiary non-statutory financial statements; — audit and assurance procedures over the Annual Performance Report of Thames Water Utilities Limited as required by Ofwat; and — covenant compliance. And review procedures for interim financial statements for certain group companies.
