Tender description
The Herefordshire Virtual School has a responsibility for monitoring the attendance of Herefordshire’s Looked After Children (LAC) wherever they attend school. When children are not attending school, the Virtual School needs to know promptly so that any issues can be addressed in order to support that child to attend. In order to support measures to keep children safe, when a child is not in school the Virtual School needs to know the reason that child is not in school. The aim is to commission a system that tracks the attendance of Herefordshire’s LAC which is accessible via a secure online portal. The system will need to be able to provide a series of reports about the attendance of LAC. Keywords: Children, IT, System, Education
