Tender description
The contract is for the maintenance of South Tyneside Council's Horticultural Features, Hedges and Herbicide Treatment. It is being awarded for duration of 2 years 10 months with an option to extend for up to a further 2 year. The anticipated annual value of the contract using current rates is in the range 500-550 000 GBP, however future years' values will be dependent upon the budget available, and this may be reduced by up to 25 % over the duration of the contract.
