Tender description

Window Cleaning Service includes, but is not limited to, the following elements on sites managed by Midland Heart: Cleaning of high level windows from ground level using a pole Cleaning system. Cleaning of low-level windows using appropriate equipment Wiping of window frames, sills and door frames (at high level this will be done using a pole cleaning system to remove streaks or runs where possible). Use of signage and barriers to warn customers of works in progress. Reporting instances of damage to windows and frames to Midland Heart. Annual cleaning of velux windows. Annual cleaning of High level walkways. Lot 1. (East Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford). Lot 2. (Hinckley and Bosworth, North Warwickshire, Nuneaton and Bedworth). Lot 3. (Leicestershire). Lot 4. (Rugby and Warwick). Lot 5. (Coventry). Lot 6. (Dudley). Lot 7. (Walsall). Lot 8. (Wolverhampton). Lot 9. (Cannock Chase). Lot 10. (Lichfield, East Staffordshire and Tamworth). Lot 11. (South Staffordshire and Stafford). Lot 12. (Stoke on Trent). Lot 13. (Birmingham North). Lot 14. (Birmingham South, Bromsgrove and Redditch). Lot 15. (Balsall Heath, Sparkbrook and Kingsheath).
