The Removal, Storage and Disposal of Abandoned Vehicles (covering the District and Borough Councils of Charnwood, Harborough, Melton, North West Leicestershire, and Oadby and Wigston)

Tender description

Leicestershire County Council (\"the Council\") invited Quotations for the removal, storage and disposal of abandoned vehicles. The Council was procuring services for itself and on behalf of the following District Councils:- Charnwood Borough Council of Council Offices, Southfield Road, Loughborough, LE11 2TX; and, Harborough District Council of The Symington Building, Adam and Eve Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7AG; and, Melton Borough Council of Parkside, Station Approach, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1GH; and, North West Leicestershire District Council of Council Offices, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 3FJ; and, Oadby and Wigston Borough Council of Council Offices, Station Road, Wigston, Leicestershire, LE18 2DR. The proposed Contract was offered for a minimum period of 24 months with the possibility to extend the contract by up to a further period or periods, totalling up to 36 months. The contract was expected to be awarded to a single Tenderer.
