St Helens Council and Knowsley Councils Contracts for – Drug and Alcohol Inpatient Detoxification

St Helens Council & Knowsley Council want to Commission a Drug & Alcohol Inpatient Detoxification Service. Provision of Inpatient Detoxification Service for Drugs and Alcohol for adult residents who are registered within the boroughs of St Helens and Knowsley. This service will be jointly commissioned with Knowsley MBC with St Helens Council leading on procurement. The successful provider will have separate contractual arrangements with each authority, one contract with St Helens and one contract with Knowsley i.e. St Helens will be delivered according to St Helens Council contract requirements and Knowsley will be delivered according to Knowsley Council contract requirements.
