Tender description
This PIN is being issued in order to engage commercial specialists for the purposes of seeking opinions, advice and feedback on a niche software suite currently owned by the Authority. The Authority requires specialist software pricing and valuation advice. The advice is in relation to the potential sale value or other value-generating arrangements of a software suite currently owned by the Authority. Where options of a sale are explored, the Authority is seeking information on the advantages and disadvantages of selling this IPR, both from a commercial as well as organisational perspective.
