Tender description

The London Borough of Hackney — And on behalf of The City of London — Public Health Service is pleased to invite bids from organisations able to evidence the necessary experience, skills and abilities to deliver the School Based Health Services and Family Nurse Partnership, for children and their families. The contract will be split into x 2 Lots which are outlined in the attached Specification. Lot 1: School Based Health Services: The maximum price per annum for Lot 1 is: c 1 200 000 GBP. Lot 2: Family Nurse Partnership: The maximum price per annum for Lot 2 is: c.425 000 GBP. The contract term for this service will be 3 years, with an option to extend for up to a further 3 years (1+1+1) subject to funding and satisfactory performance. The deadline for the completed Selection Questionnaire must be submitted by 12:00 noon on 17.11.2017. At Selection Criteria stage, bidders would need to demonstrate that they have the relevant experience through similar contracts relating to children's school based and 0-5's health services, a turnover x 2 the annual value of the contract, strong safeguarding and clinical management practices.
