Provision of Residential Services Including Respite and Short Break Services for Disabled Children and Young People Lot 3 - Overnight Short Break Service, with Holiday Club and Overnight Assessment - resource and day breaks for CYP in West Suffolk with high level needs (LD and/or Autism and complex health conditions) who require regular planned breaks Lot 4 - Overnight Short Break Service - resource for CYP in Waveney with high level needs (LD and/or Autism and complex health conditions) who require regular planned breaks Note - Lots 1 & 2 are not included in this tender.
