The Strategic HR Services framework will offer customers a wide range of recruitment and HR services, to include: — Lot 1 — Executive and Managerial Interim Recruitment — Lot 2 — Executive and Managerial Permanent Recruitment — Lot 3 — Multi-role Temporary Recruitment — Lot 4 — Multi-role Permanent Recruitment — Lot 5 — Assessment & Testing Services — Lot 6 — Outplacement & Career Transition Services — Lot 7 — HR Business Process Outsourcing To express an interest: (a) Go to www.eastmidstenders.org, (b) Register (c) Search for tender opportunity ‘3S_18’, (d) Express an interest. Please note this is a Prior Information Notice and tender documentation is not available yet. This lot provides access to quality assured resource of senior level executive and managerial staff on a temporary basis to help deliver business or service delivery continuity to a function or project. This lot is for customers who wish to access qualified and experienced recruitment service providers that specialise in senior level executive and managerial permanent positions. This lot will provide customers with access to an assured resource of temporary, entry level staff across relevant sectors. This lot will provide customers with access to an assured list of service providers who are able to source entry level staff on a permanent basis. This lot provides customers with access to a choice of quality assured external specialists to assist in identifying appropriate talent and taking forward deployment and development initiatives. This lot provides customers with access to a range of services to support outplacement and career transition to assist with transition from an existing post to an alternative position/career. This lot provides customers with access to a range of HR and Personnel services that can be accessed either individually via the sub-lots, or combined by accessing the overarching Lot 7.
