Tender description
Hull City Council invites representatives from the Print, Advertising, Media, Design and Marketing sector(s) to a procurement workshop. The workshop will give suppliers the opportunity to meet the officers directly involved in the 2 procurement exercises which will be advertised towards the end of the year for External Printing Services and Advertising, Marketing, Design and Media Services. There will be opportunities to discuss the frameworks available and raise any questions about the upcoming procurement process. Suppliers can drop in at any time during the session where there will be Procurement staff on hand to discuss the standard tender documents used within Hull City Council. Service Area Leads will also be in attendance to discuss the framework requirements. Please see the attached document for venue details and timings for this event. This Lot will be awarded to a maximum of 8 suppliers and will cover all general print requirements. This will include various small and large volume jobs (e.g. letters, newsletters, flyers, booklets, etc.). The Authority will run a further competition between all suppliers awarded a place on this Lot for each requirement, unless the approved supplier has already undertaken the same work previously and already holds the artwork. In this instance it is at the Councils discretion whether a direct award will be made. This Lot will be awarded to a maximum of 8 suppliers and will cover all general print requirements.
