PAN1758 - Utilisation of Public Spaces - Consultancy

The Council would like to confirm that we are procuring a consultant for our Animating Public Spaces project. If you refer to section 3 of the tender documentation, you will find an extensive description of the work to be carried out. In addition, if you refer to section 1.2, you will see how this project is linked to our strategy plan of management of public spaces. We apologise if any confusion was caused by our procurement title; if you have any questions, please submit them on the messaging portal before the deadline for clarifications and we will endeavour to answer you as quickly as possible. Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites quotations for the provision of a consultant to develop a strategy for utilisation of/animating public spaces in the city centre, taking examples from previous case studies and working to present a final report which estimates potential for future events and sources of income.
