Open Training College (OTC): Strategic Review

St Michael's House t/a The Open Training College (OTC) is a provider of third level education to the disability/human services sectors in the Republic of Ireland offering programmes of study from Level 5 to Level 8 on the National Qualifications Framework. OTC is part of St Michael’s House (SMH), an organisation providing services for approx.1700 people with disabilities and their families in the greater Dublin region. SMH requires a review of OTC’s purpose, activities and governance arrangements. It is anticipated that this review will consist of up to three phases, as follows: Phase 1: Mission Review, Financial Assessment and Sector Analysis; Phase 2: Option Identification and Analysis; Phase 3: Implementation. Applicants should note that the requirement for Phase 3 is dependent on the outcome of Phases 1 and 2 and that St. Michael’s House reserves the right not to proceed with Phase 3 under this contract.
