The Association wishes to appoint a suitably qualified experienced maintenance contractor to carry out its day to day repairs service, provide and manage an out of hours emergency service within its areas of operation. To appoint a supplier to carry out maintenance and minor repairs within the Associations properties inclusive of an Out of Hours maintenance service. Langstane Housing Association Limited is following an open stage procurement procedure to appoint a suitably qualified maintenance contractor to carry out repairs within the Associations properties inclusive of the management and supply of an out of hours emergency service. Langstane Housing Association Limited is following an open stage procurement procedure to appointment a suitably qualified maintenance contractor to carry out repairs and maintenance within our properties. The Associations area of operations are Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray. The successful bidder will be expected to manage and provided an out of hours emergency service.
