Tender description

North Somerset Council awarded a framework agreement for the supply of electricity, natural gas and street lighting. The framework had a maximum of 4 places for bidders for each lot, of which Lots 1 and 2 were fully subscribed and Lots 3 and 4 both had 3 bidders on each. No spend has been committed, given this is the establishment of a framework however mini-competitions will be run under this in the future. The supply of Electricity Half Hourly metered supplies.
