Tender description

NHS Supply Chain seeks to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for the supply to the NHS Supply Chain customer base via the direct route of supply of: — Dental Chairs and Related Accessories; — Dental Decontamination; — Dental Imaging Equipment and Related Accessories; — Full Dental Solution. The Framework Agreement will have an initial term of 24 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 72 months. It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Framework Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of circa 5 700 000 GBP. For the full 72 month term (if extended) the anticipated value is circa 20 800 000 GBP. These values are approximate only and are based on the most recent historical usage information, with a forecasted level of growth. The values provided are for guidance only and are not a guarantee of business. Applicants may tender for one, more than one, or all of the Lots included in this tender. This Lot is covering dental chairs and the accessories related to a dental chair. It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Framework Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of circa 1 300 000 GBP. For the full 72 month term (if extended) the anticipated value is circa 6 600 000 GBP. It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Framework Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of circa 700 000 GBP. For the full 72 month term (if extended) the anticipated value is circa 5 200 000 GBP. The values provided are for guidance only and are not a guarantee of business. This Lot covers equipment used as part of Dental X-Rays and some accessories, DICOM compliant, Non DICOM systems. It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Framework Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of circa 1 900 000 GBP. For the full 72 month term (if extended) the anticipated value is circa 2 100 000 GBP. This can be benches, workstations, cabinetry or anything else needed to fit out a dental room.
