Learning Disabilities Health Needs Assessment

Tender description

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to award a contract for a Learning Disabilities Health Needs Assessment. The assessment will focus on the health needs of both children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, and will be used to prioritise our commissioning focus and remodelling of services to meet needs more appropriately, and in line with strategic direction. As well as including stakeholder input into the assessment, it will involve working collaboratively with our Local Authority partners to contribute to a whole system needs assessment.
