Witham Third District Internal Drainage Board (The Contracting Authority) wish to establish a UK wide Framework Agreement for use by Internal Drainage Boards and other public sector environmental support authorities. The purpose of this PIN is to provide advance notice that the Contracting Authority will be undertaking a tendering exercise to set up a UK wide framework to support and service the insurance requirements of these organisations.
