Tender description

Following a successful proof of concept in BBC Nottingham covering English Regions Breakfast bulletins using Studio in a Box (SiaB) type-technology the BBC wishes to conduct a request for information (RFI) to develop its understanding of the market's current and future capabilities with regard to technology appropriate to other, more complex Regional Bulletins. This document is a RFI concerning the provision of technology for not only the gallery itself, but also technology to cover other aspects of a studio operation. The information obtained from this RFI will be used by the BBC to build an understanding regarding current and future regional studio system offerings on both a technical and commercial level.
