Iarnród Éireann — Irish Rail (IÉ) invites Applications from suitably qualified companies to participate in the Pre-Qualification process for the proposed tender to Supply Herbicide for the entire I E Network. The Contract the subject of this competition is a contract for 12 months, 1 year with an option to extend by an additional two years (1+1 depending on products supplied being registered for use in the Republic of Ireland) at IE's discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Contract Notice is referred to in Section 3.1 of the attached Pre-Qualification Questionnaire The tender requirement will be in 3 different lots and may be awarded to more than 1 supplier.
