Tender description

NHS England is leading on the co-commissioning for Adult Sexual Assault Referral Centre services across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire alongside the Police and Crime Commissioner. NHS England is currently working with the 2 relevant Offices of the Police Crime Commissioners and wishes to co-commission and include additional services, for example Forensic Medical Examinations. It is NHS England's intention to split this procurement exercise into 3 lots (Lot 1 Lincolnshire ASARC and ISVA, Lot 2 Nottinghamshire SARC only, and Lot 3 Nottinghamshire SARC and FME). NHS England intends to award Lot 1. NHS England also intends to award Lot 2 or Lot 3, based on MEAT. This procurement is being carried out in accordance with the Light Touch Regime. NHS England wishes to commission a provider for adult sexual assault referral centre services in Lincolnshire to include ISVAs. This service does not include Forensic Medical Examinations. This will be a contract for three years with the option to extend for a further 2 years (i.e. 3+1+1). NHS England wishes to commission a provider for adult sexual assault referral centre and Forensic Medical Examination services in Nottinghamshire. This service does not include ISVAs.
