Tender description

The HSCB wishes to tender for an early intervention service to support children aged 8 - 13 years (and their families) who; are deemed vulnerable; display early signs of offending behaviour or are identified as being at high risk of offending based on recognised risk factor analysis; Having difficulty in the education system, behaving in ways requiring a multi-agency response. The HSCB is currently developing the specification for this service and wishes to complete market soundings in advance of finalising the tender specification. A market engagement meeting will be held on 27.11.2017 at 9:30 in NICVA, 61 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast, BT15 2GB, in order to; Gain a clear understanding of available services and developments; Gauge the level of interest in the provision of the Services and explore issues relating to a refocus from prevention of offending to a response to children in need.
