Essex County Council (‘the Council’) is currently developing its service specification for a forthcoming procurement of 24/7 on site support for up to 8 young persons aged between 18 and 25, with low to medium learning difficulties/disabilities and/or mental health needs at a site in central Chelmsford. As part of the Council's pre-market engagement for this project, interested providers are invited to a market engagement event on Thursday 9.11.2017 between 13:00 to 17:00 at County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1QH. During this event, providers will have the opportunity to discuss their ideas, views and suggestions for this service with commissioners and members of the project board.
