Market Soundings — The Health and Social Care Board wishes to tender for a Regional Young Carers Service for Children and Young People aged up to 18 Years who have a substantive caring role for a member of their family and whose health or development is affected due to the caring task. The HSCB is currently developing the specification for this service and wishes to complete market soundings in advance of the finalisation of the tender specification.
