Tender description
Personal Support in Supported Accommodation is a combination of housing support and personal support to people with a learning disability and/or mental health. This model of support allows people to have their own tenancies with a Registered Social Landlord and receive support to live their lives and be as independent as possible. Support includes domiciliary care and tenancy related support. The Service is delivered in 6 properties, 1 of which contains 6 self-contained units. In the latter, the level of support is flexible, as determined by the Council. The annual budget for the Personal Support in Supported Accommodation service is 334 100 GBP per annum. The Council intends to commission a single provider to provide support for people with a learning disability and/or mental health.
