The scope of this framework is for the provision of Estate Agent Services predominantly within the North East of England. The service will cover marketing affordable units as and when required as per Riverside Home Ownership instructions, advertised through Right move, Zoopla and by using window space. To fully own and manage the viewing and demonstration process within a reasonable timeframe and to signpost potential buyers to relevant help to buy websites.
