Tender description

Worcestershire County Council is tendering for the provision of a Children's Services Online Social Care Procedures Manual. The solution will provide a publically available service for hosting a range of children's social care policies, procedures and manuals, which may originate from the UK Government, from the Council or from the solution provider themselves. There will also be the ability to have a minimum of four structured updates in any one calendar year. The solution must provide integration with the West Midlands Safeguarding Children Procedures and Worcestershire Practice Standards for Social Care. Web pages should operate functionally equally well with all supported versions of the major web browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, on desktop operating systems as well as mobile / tablet operating systems The contract will start on 1st January 2018, allowing an initial set up period if required. The online procedures manual will be live and available to users for 3 years starting on 16th March 2018 until 15th March 2021, with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
