Consultant to design and deliver Emergency Planning Training and Exercises

The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a Consultant to design and deliver a series of four (4) linked training events to include: a half day BECC Officer training session; a half day strategic emergency management training session for senior management; a joint Emergency Control Centre Command Post and Strategic exercise; and a half day recovery table top exercise for the Council’s senior management. The contract will initially be for a period of one year (1) year commencing on the 15 th of January 2018 with an option to extend for a further three (3) years in twelve (12) monthly intervals at the discretion of the London Borough of Sutton. The Council is tendering this quotation through the London Tenders e-tendering portal. Prospective bidders are advised to register their interest by going to https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf Sutton Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision. The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost or any quotation. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous tender submitted.
