Tender description

The aim of this procurement is to identify external contractors to work collaboratively with the Council and schools: To underpin the Council's Computer Hardware Replacement Strategy for school curricular activities, that is, to support the procurement, deployment and maintenance of computer hardware under equipment warranty arrangements for equipment supplied under this contract. To underpin the computer hardware requirements of the Council's Central Technical Support Strategy, that is, to support the procurement and maintenance of computer hardware under warranty arrangements for equipment supplied under this contract. To underpin the first and second line support work of the Council's Technical Support Service to schools through the provision of warranty support to equipment supplied under this contract.
