The Employer is seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to carry out the installation of a Occupancy Management System including the positioning and supply of all equipment. The works will be carried out at City Hall,College Green, Bristol BS1. City Hall is the main office and function space for Bristol City Council. It is a Grade 2 listed building. It has recently under gone a major internal refit and alterations to provide a more suitable space to meet the needs of the City Council. The building is 6 storeys • GROUND FLOOR- Open Office Space, meeting rooms, open collaboration area and large Cafeteria space. • UPPER GROUND FLOOR- Office Space & Meeting rooms • FIRST FLOOR- Large function area, Council Chamber, Meeting Rooms and large reception area. • SECOND FLOOR- Divided in two wings due to the height of the 1st floor function floor. Office and collaboration space together with meeting rooms • THIRD FLOOR - 3 Large open plan offices with meeting rooms. • FOURTH FLOOR - 3 Large open plan offices with meeting rooms.
