North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups (collaboration of NHS Brent CCG, NHS Central London CCG, NHS Ealing CCG, NHS Hammersmith & Fulham CCG, NHS Harrow CCG, NHS Hillingdon CCG, NHS Hounslow CCG, and NHS West London CCG) is INVITING PROPOSALS with QUOTATIONS from suitable providers, seeking support to deliver Care in Care Homes Leadership Programme service. NHS Hammersmith and Fulham CCG will act as Contracting Authority and the CCG that enters a contract with the successful bidder. A contract will be awarded to the provider that best meets the Contracting Authority's requirements to adequately complete the following: • A fixed price for the attraction, recruitment (recruitment needs to be done in liaison with LA (with input from CCG commissioners) who should be responsible for nominating and agreeing the homes to be offered the training) and the completion of the leadership support programme activities as set out in Appendix A1 of the Service Specification (Appendix A) for a minimum of 30 registered managers in care homes recruited to the programme by end February 2018; • A fixed price for the attraction, recruitment (recruitment needs to be done in liaison with LA (with input from CCG commissioners) who should be responsible for nominating and agreeing the homes to be offered the training) and the completion of the leadership support programme activities as set out in Appendix A1 of the Service Specification (Appendix A) for up to 70 additional registered managers in care homes - providing the fixed price as a per head value for which recruitment is completed by end February 2018. The total contract duration will be based on delivery of agreed leadership programme components and outcomes specified in Appendix A1 of the Service Specification (Appendix A) for the total number of registered managers recruited to the programme by end February 2018 with completion of the programme no later than March 2019. **The DEADLINE for clarification question submissions through the EU-Supply Portal, is 12 noon on 14 November, with responses expected to be returned by 17 November 2017**. **The DEADLINE for bid submissions through the EU-Supply Portal, is 12 noon on 23 November 2017**.
